One of @MarvinJRees key aims that he has outlined is that he wants the income and family you are born into not to determine your life chances. Among other things including: education and recovery plan, free bus travel, the one city plan, sustainable development goals

Have had an amazing time at the Youth Voice Consult today! 🙌Thanks for letting me help facilitate, was awesome to hear from all the young people who came today! And of course, my favourite thing was the music 🎶 #YC21 @BristolYMayors @BristolCYC
The top 7 issues that have made it to the debate:
Inequality
Education around mental health and discrimination
Support in schools
Reforming the curriculum
Improve youth voice
The young people now have the unenviable job of dropping this down to 3

The youth voice consult coming up if haven’t singed up for it please do. It is an opportunity for young people in Bristol to discuss and debate issues that affect them the most. It will be held on Thursday 15th April at 11:00 to 2:30 https://t.co/zjCOCjbIU5
I’m non partisan so just a reminder that the upcoming elections are STV. Therefore there is no harm in voting for who you want as your first choice and your “ safe choice” as a second option.
There's still time to sign up for the youth voice conference 2021!
It's a great opportunity to have your voice heard if you are a young person living in Bristol 🎉

There are just 6 weeks until 4 #elections take place in #Bristol on Thurs 6 May. Polling stations will be safe places to vote, but there are other ways to vote too - by post and by proxy. Find out all you need to know about #Elections2021 at https://t.co/G11P9jKBT4
Around 15,000 British university students would take part in #Erasmus but don't forget that before Brexit Erasmus had 20000+ projects listed in the UK and from 2014 to 2018, 4,846 Erasmus+ grants were awarded to UK organisations, worth around 679.7 million euro in total.
Next session at South West Speaks from @sylvia_cullen is around the loss of #Erasmus and asking what it means for young people in the region @bycLIVE@UKYA_live
Obligatory south west is the best tweet as we kick of southwest speaks today!
But in all seriousness really excited to be taking part in this session with @UKYA_live#youthvoice@bycLIVE @BristolCYC
