Thanks for the recommendation. I reviewed the app’s Terms and Privacy Policy. My concern is that this is not just a meditation app: it builds a persistent AI profile from chats, check-ins and voice input, including inferred emotional, health-related, relationship and behavioral information.

That profile can be linked to account data such as your name, email address, user ID and usage history. And I just don't know how it will be used, if it's encrypted, etc.

@DmnkWun25681 @argofowl Prompting guides makes the difference eg. Let fable figure out If it uses only 5.5 or also 5.4 since they are similar but the guide for 5.4 shows additional examples which fable can use.

@DmnkWun25681 @argofowl They are great at it just point them to the official prompt engineering guides, ask them to build the metaprompt with the goal that the downstream results are the main goal and not the optimized prompt itself, build test cases, and loop until the results are optimized.
