@iianeesa Sadly it's a very common disease with very common symptoms, I would suggest looking into it! When mine was underworking I was in the gym 3-4x a week, ate around 1400kcal and didnt lose anything..but as soon as I stopped going to the gym I started gaining even with kcal deficit
