Not a single one of us working in the NHS isn't a bit scared to go to work, to get in to that ambulance, to go into side room 3, to go into X's house.

This is when we transcend our training. We'll look after each other, with the country at our backs.

Complaints procedure not really effective. #Collusion #CustomerService #bullying #lipservice

[Iceland Foods ❄️ @IcelandFoods]

@mommaclare @IcelandFoodsPR Hi Clare, we do understand your concerns and we'll pass your feedback to our Whitley Bay Store Manager.

[clare @mommaclare]

@IcelandFoods @IcelandFoodsPR Not exactly appropriate when it is the manager. So much for customer service and your complaints procedure.

[clare @mommaclare]

In Iceland and waited for second till to open. A guy pushes in first and is mouthy. Store manager serves him first even though its been politely pointed out. Acceptable behaviour? #turnablingeye #bullying

[clare @mommaclare]

@IcelandFoods @IcelandFoodsPR I think if staff feel it's OK to collude with aggressive behaviours it can be are worrying to customers. I shop in Whitley Bay regularly and actually all other staff are great.

@Davies7Elaine @glmoss2 That's great news. Well done @glmoss2

Had a lovely evening out. A quick one gilbertandsmiths. Love the ambience and such a gin selection. Spoilt for choice. Went onto jamjarcinema to see Downton Abbey. Thoroughly enjoyed all. Maggie Smith is amazing.… https://t.co/768ptHuPco
