“My name is Sunny Hostin… and I’m a former federal prosecutor,” Hostin said while telling police her son went to Harvard.

The host used her elitist privilege to try to get her son out of trouble after he was busted trespassing along Metro-North Railroad tracks in Westchester County.

“That’s my son. He’s a Harvard graduate, he doesn’t have a criminal record.”

24-year-old Gabriel Hostin claims he was jogging when he saw that the gate near the tracks was open.

He was hit with a trespass violation for what can be an arrestable offense, according to the New York Post.

BREAKING: Karmelo Anthony found guilty of murdering 17-year-old Austin Metcalf.

Anthony stabbed Metcalf in the chest at a track meet in Frisco, Texas, in 2025.

"You do not get to meet a shove with a stab, especially if you provoke the shove," Prosecutor Bill Wirskye told the jury.

Anthony is facing a potential sentence of between five and 99 years in prison.

Give him the max sentence.
