@gregacs27 @ChaseSupport Their travel claim company is absolutely the worst I’ve dealt with. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional! They hung up on me yesterday. They also ask for documents impossible to obtain to make sure the claim is denied.

@ChaseSupport eclaims is USLESS! I've been actively adding onto my travel claim for 3 months and they keep coming back asking for impossible documents. EXTREMELY useless!!
