@SamsungMobile My S23 Ultra got the dreaded Blue Screen after the most recent update, apparently, motherboard is fried. Should this be happening to a flagship phone that's just 3 years old? It has zero marks on it and been kept in perfect condition, literally like new. ?

@openfixuk the most difficult company to get hold of to stop a policy renewal. For that reason, I'd not use you again. Stating cancellation of a DD doesn't stop the renewal, and then never answering the phone, not providing an email to, or even a chat function, is very poor
