@Marriott - in what world is it acceptable to not have a room available for a reservation made more than 3 weeks ago? And the solution? A third-tier “golf club” that’s not even a Marriott property? Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! The solution should have been BETTER not 10x worse!!

@AmericanAir It’s about having to check a bag unnecessarily. Half the plane’s bin space is open yet now I’ll have to wait at baggage claim instead of seeing my kids before bedtime. Maybe the gate agent should communicate with the crew - they were shaking heads too…
