It's weird how many people on social media talk about "generational wealth"

You can create generational wealth in lots of ways. Could be real estate, a business, or a large investment portfolio

But GW also doesn't have to be the goal. For many, it's pointless or even misleading

Thank goodness for the nature/biking trails so close to where we live. I was so cranky today but finally getting out and biking (which my husband convinced me to do) really helped me feel a little better. #getoutside

Today I completed Day 18 of the Center journey with Yoga with Adriene. It was called Gaze and who knew focusing or unfocusing your gaze during practice could be so challenging! I’ll be interested to see how she builds on this. #pfyofacrew
