@Cmdr_Striker@AGrumpyScotsman@nocapmedia But they don’t chill, that’s the issue. It’s not a nationwide problem. My kids can go into any McDonalds around here. It’s just that town.
@JonathanToase@HackedOffHugh I worked for Immigration/Border Force for 20 years and it was a thankless task. People complained that we either did too many checks or we didn’t do enough. I’ve dealt with many criminals over the years and they come in all shapes and sizes.
@dunn_andy34718@RichardBurgon But did he ever create a demand for a new product or service?
I would argue, the demand was always there and his plumbing company just took it away from other plumbers.
If you closed Pimlico down, there were just be more work for other plumbers, who would fill the tax hole.
@tmcarter@realDonaldTrump@elonmusk As a Tesla owner, one that was manufactured in the USA, I can safely say it’s the worst built car I’ve ever driven. I could live with the rattles, but the suspension failing is another matter. If you want quality for production, look at Germany and Japan.
@thefrgalcottage Incredibly. And I think this platform has a lot to answer for. The amount of hate on it is rife. I’ve had to mute and block a lot of profiles due to X thinking I want to hear how white people are a minority in the UK and all crimes are committed by Muslims.
@lilyraynyc In the UK, the fourth result in Google for 'best dishwasher' is Mumsnet. This is a forum where mums talk about various topics. The thread mainly consists of people saying "I have a Bosch and I like it'. Mumsnet has now created a summary at the top and added some affiliate links.
Has anybody else found a massive increase in scams on Facebook over the last month or so? I found around 12 on my feed in under 10 minutes.
How is it that Facebook seems to happily ignore them?

@Katykicker With a bit of luck, it saved in your basket. I used to have this with Sainsbury's quite a bit. Noting like 30 minutes wasted. I hope you've been doing it through ZipZero!
English Heritage to increase membership prices on Saturday.
If you're undecided about taking out an English Heritage membership this year, make a decision soon. On Saturday, March 23rd, prices will go up an average of 4.5%.
@FatStacksBlog Just like this one. The laughable thing is, the information they give in the review is wrong. Monese isn’t even a bank but Forbes seems to think it is. Google loves it though.
