Avoided @skytv for many years due to zero customer service unfortunately been forced back to their product by 81 year old relative who's expected to set up 'puck' themselves with over the phone support. What chance do they have with a product that is notorious for not working?
@talktalk our hamster seems to have expired can you send a new one so we can use the internet again please. Why do we have to put up with this outstandingly poor service in the U.K.?.
@Tesco It’s not looking into it for me that needs doing here. I have gone to @sainsburys and purchased from them instead as offers far more transparent and easy to understand. You need to look at your advertising and web site to make it obvious how your advertised deals work.
@Tesco can you please point out where I’m going wrong with my maths please? Even if you are including the reduction for club card prices in your calculations £11 is not 25% off £48.
Think it’s time to find new coffee shop. @CostaCoffee seem to have lost their way WiFi that doesn’t work, digital gift cards that take hours to arrive + too few staff to serve customers. 4 visits to 3 different stores this month and I walked away with nothing on 3 occasions!
I thought you would like the JamDoughnut App. It gives you discounts and instant cashback at 1,000's of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Use my referral code TYEW to get a £3 bonus when you use the app for the 1st time. Download for free: https://t.co/UxKtAsGsjY
Looking for a bargain? don’t go to @TheRangeUK pricing in store is a con + their customer service none existent. Is it ok to have fictitious pricing on the shelf edge tickets and charge more at the checkout? 3 out of 10 items scanned at more than the ticket price (£5 extra)
Been looking at some new cars over the last few weeks. Amazing how a sales person can either make or break a decision. #kia made the decision not to buy easy when the sales person insinuated we couldn’t afford the next model in their range.
Christmas Day food for 50p. All payed for with @nectar points, @marksandspencer vouchers and @asdavouchers earned via survey sites, credit card sign ups and combining cashback sites with nectar offers to generate maximum points for minimum spend.
@nectar why does the Sainsburys web site correctly tell me I have £200 of nectar points to spend yet when I try to convert them into £150 of voucher I don’t have enough Nectar points.? Same issue for 24 hours now and phone lines only open whilst I’m at work.
With the price of stamps continually rising do you think it is acceptable to find this on your doormat @RoyalMail and to top it off it’s not even been delivered to the correct address. #doormat#royalmail#unacceptable
@iD_Mobile_UK Purchased additional sims 4 my 2 kids. No way of doing without filling out my detail that you already have x2. Then find that these sims need their own passwords for app (no family account available)+each sim now has separate DD (so 3 payment/mth) All unnecessary + inconvenient
@iD_Mobile_UK I would replace the great value reward with a ‘cheap for a reason’ reward. Everything on the webpage/app is made as difficult and time consuming as possible.
Holiday hire car booking, it’s £80 more expensive (and I can’t cancel my booking) if I go direct to the hire car company than if I use @holidayautos, work that out….
