Simple tip to help hitters “attack” the inside of the ball. This tee setup may also help clarify to some players what hitting the inside of the ball actually means, since it is confusing verbiage to many.

In my opinion, this hitting drill, which has been around for ages, is undervalued and under executed. To me, it should be a staple part of a simple tee routine that helps you find your swing before moving onto more complex hitting drills and challenges.
