This was at your Silverdale location on 8/20/24 at 7:58 pm outside your south entrance. It is all on camera. Your employee is a liar and an aggressive offensive man. Your manager is horrible. @Macys your employee verbally assaulted me and then your management did nothing to help

2/2 When I reported it, the manager made excuses for the employee, and to make it worse, the security guard lied about what happened. It's not okay for security to follow customers to their cars and then act aggressively. This is not ok behavior. @Macys 2/3

Hey @Macys I had a terrifying experience tonight at Macy’s around 8 PM. Aman, who turned out to be security, followed me to my car and yelled in my face, “You got lucky this time,” before going back into the store. 1/3
