@sparrce I think with technology, distance learning is practical & flexible for working nurses with many obligations. I think the pandemic did rapidly advance the online setting requirement for students. A student needs to be disciplined for online learning to be successful. #DistEd534

She said "I may not be able to help with xyz, but I can do abc..." and she would go out in the unit. It boosted morale and made the rest of us work harder..well respected
