🚨 UPDATE: SUSPECT LOCATED 🚨
Nearly two years after the tragic murder of Tabatha Tozzi, the suspect in this case has been located and taken into custody.
On April 15, 2025, Oswaldo Natanahel Perez-Sanchez was located in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, Mexico by the Fiscalía Unidad Especializada en Aprehensiones, with support from the Mexican Marines and Agencia Ministerial de Investigación Criminal.
Perez-Sanchez fled to Mexico following the 2023 homicide. A multi-agency effort—local, federal, and international—led to this arrest. He remains in Mexico on local charges, pending extradition to the United States.
