@flips4miles It's good advice, to a point. But don't be one of those couples who wait so long they end up with fertility issues.

5 problems, 5 solutions:

1. Know your numbers
2. Value your time
3. Plan for the unexpected
4. Understand the difference between cash flow and profit
5. Stay nimble

A good start to the week. 9 boxes, 250 pounds. Some stores won’t ship to my prep centre so I have to do it. 🥲

[Monika @MonikaFlips]

@girdley Not a bad idea especially as couches often end up being given away for free. A family member bought a house and when they moved in all the lightbulbs, doorknobs and fridge was gone. People are nuts.

[Monika @MonikaFlips]

@theo_jil Better just to surround yourself with people you don’t have to play silly power games with.

I started with this recipe and double it. I use frozen diced onions instead of shallots. Sometimes I’ll fry up some diced celery and carrots along with the onion and garlic. Put in some chopped ham or cooked ground meat at the very end along with some Costco mixed frozen veggies. The cilantro really brightens it up. Like with other soups and stews I’ll often make it the night before so the flavours have a chance to blend. Freezes great. https://t.co/nFwFlFF1vA

@AlexHormozi Been there. Nothing humbles you faster than realizing your target demographic can only afford your product if you make it so cheap it's not worth doing.

Added some more tags to my leads app. Hunting, Christmas, and Halloween. Probably need a Hockey tag as well. 🇨🇦

[Monika @MonikaFlips]

Interesting. I would have thought meat would be the most expensive. I have lentil soup recipe I make which is pretty filling. It uses dried brown lentils, throw in some diced ham, costco frozen veggies and cilantro. I haven't calculated the cost per bowl but I figure it's pretty cheap. I have an 18 year old son to feed so need to think about these things hahaha.

[Monika @MonikaFlips]

@LeilaHormozi Yah these people are exhausting. Smart and competent, maybe even one of the best you’ve had, but need you to sit there and hold their hand while they work.

[Monika @MonikaFlips]

@OrevaZSN Yeah the only reason I’m ditching my iPhone X is a lot of apps have stopped working. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with it. Takes great photos and has a better battery life than my new phone.

@Lightup1x That’s one helluva dress.

[Monika @MonikaFlips]

@Enuffles I think it’s about taking a normal income and doubling it.

[Monika @MonikaFlips]

Visitors and living room full of inventory? No problem. Put them to work hehe.
It’s not a bad way to spend an afternoon chatting and putting on FNSKU labels.

@7FigSaykho With all the layoffs due to AI there seems to be a lot of great talent available. Good news for sellers!

[Monika @MonikaFlips]

@ProfitToTheMax1 Where I live we can’t really offer free shipping so customers don’t expect it. I rarely go to the post office though. Home pickups are super convenient.

[Monika @MonikaFlips]

@catalinmpit Shit posting paves the path to glory.

@BluCheezFart @EverydayResell You wound me. I’m a black conservative, damnit.
