@SSShken@motiontrustltd@Motion_digiLLC Definitely, brother, that's the logic: marketing is now a game changer for everything. You should know the right approach to apply!
My SaaS Stack so what’s I’m sharing in day 2 with full workflow for you…
I had to build a SaaS from $0 today, I wouldn’t start with a huge development team.
I’d start lean.
My stack would look something like:
ChatGPT / Claude → research + product thinking
Claude Code / Codex → development
Supabase → database + authentication
Stripe → payments
Vercel → deployment
Resend → transactional email
PostHog → product analytics
Notion → product documentation
But here’s the important part:
Your tech stack isn’t your business.
Your customer acquisition system is.
Spend more time talking to customers.
@BreejeAnadkat Great workflow man recently I have done for my agency website full design and development part in beautiful way like every prompt of Claude that’s really awesome love to connect and pm you ❤️
I spent years building a service business to $1M ARR
Now I’m taking what I learned about customers, marketing, operations and distribution—and applying it to SaaS.
The biggest realization?
Building software is becoming easier.
Building something people actually WANT is still hard.
My focus now:
→ Build useful AI products
→ Solve boring but expensive problems
→ Launch before they're perfect
→ Talk to users constantly
→ Build distribution from Day 1
→ Share the entire journey publicly
I’ll share the wins. But more importantly, I’ll share what doesn’t work.
Follow me along if you're building too.
@marclou Super cool dude you make it possible like starting a new journey begins with lots of fun and obviously taking seriously with selling your idea/body 😊
2 years ago, I started an SEO tool
the main narrative was: "SEO is dead", "ChatGPT will kill Google", "Ahrefs and Semrush own the market"
built it anyway, with a Ukrainian co-maker I had never met in person
today Outrank does $300k+ MRR
meanwhile, in the "worst startup idea" category:
- Semrush sold to Adobe for $1.9B
- Ahrefs is at ~$150M ARR with zero investors
- Profound raised $180M at $1.8B valuation this week
if a market is crowded, it means it's validated
SEO is not dead, it got us $3m+ with Outrank as it's the best tool right now to get cited in LLM answers
