@British_Airways Still no response from @British_Airways 2 months on. I had to fork out £600 for new kit. That is more than 50% of what i raised for charity by doing the event.

@British_Airways still havent responded 7 weeks later to my claim for reimbursement of the cost of buying new kit for charity sporting event after they left my bag in london. Disgraceful customer service.
