The same as you didn’t acknowledge the return until a few hours after my raising a PayPal dispute!!!

Yet I’ve still not had a refund or a notification of you receiving it…

Yet I have an email saying it’s been received by you and a refund will be processed

So after weeks of hearing nothing from @MonsoonUK I raise a dispute with @PayPal
Within hours Monsoon email saying return received & they’ll refund me

But now PayPal won’t release MY money back to me
Asking for proof?!?
Apparently an email from Monsoon isn’t enough for them???

This was prior to receiving the sub standard goods from yourselves
The least you could do is respond and deal with the complaint
This is a totally unacceptable level of customer service
Especially from such a large reputable company!!!

I have a problem with an item that I’ve received now too…
If I wait much longer it’ll be past the date for me being able to return it!!!!

@HM_Passport 14 wks ago I applied online/sent docs

Now ref to senior man team but lines ALWAYS too busy to take call

Req callback last Tues, was told 2-3 days yet STILL waiting

Docs sent to Bootle yet Durham now have it but I’d not even been told

No answer as to whats the hold up?!

I’ve been trying for weeks but I’m on hold that long that I end up having to put it down
I DESPERATELY need to make an amendment on my holiday as we travel soon
Can somebody PLEASE contact me or I’m going to end up losing my holiday 🥺
