@kanpursneed Kanpur’s biggest disadvantage is it’s proximity to the state capital. It will never develop under it.

@harshmadhusudan In all this bigger picture it seems Kanpur is being intentionally ignored. The city is begging for basic infrastructure for years but nothing extraordinary is being done about it. I guess only the SCR would be developed.
