@pwjone1@monosnap Hello, Paul.
We have Business Plan which allows your company to use any external storage we support (like S3 / (s)FTP / WebDAV, etc) with permission for commercial usage. We DO NOT send your traffic through our servers when external storage in use.
@tompec Unfortunately can't confirm that. Try this one: "шанти-шанти.рф" for example. It's perfectly valid existing domain. Punycode for that is "https://t.co/bJVMUkagyj".
@blackbooker@lfolco@monosnap @DropshareForMac You don't lose access to your files in Monosnap Storage on Free Plan. But we limit how many files per month you can upload and what storage volume you can use.
@ibhajjaj@monosnap You can just send feedback with attached logs via "Settings" > "Feedback". Make sure to mention that it's you, so we can reply you back ;)
@nanabananacue@monosnap You have two options here:
1. You log in to our website and generate short link there via "Embed" (but only when you're logged in)
2. You can get short link copied to your clipboard right after uploading a file via app menu like in a picture below
@nanabananacue@monosnap Name you highlighted is just an file author's name (which is yours, of course), but you need to log in on https://t.co/xNykAr4RPF
@nanabananacue@monosnap Make sure that you're logged in Monosnap inside your browser. This option is available only for your files only after authentication.
