@gruesomegf before my partner, it was because i didnt have access to anything that i felt i could rely on to do the job, but i would make plans to make sure i did
@katefeetie i felt this recently about a character that i was honestly p neutral about but they depicted them so human and so relatable and my friends were so unempathetic of them. they did do bad things to be fair, but there wasnt an ounce of understanding, and it lowk hurt lol
i really just don't restrict anymore not even thinking about it a lot anymore to the point i can't call myself disordered but i do still really fucking hate the fat on my body and i feel stuck in that setting again of just fucking up over and over and not being able to fix it
ive been kinda training myself to only have liquids all day then omadding. ive only succeeded like twice the past couple of days but the fear of cals isnt there like before. i guess i just have to retrain my brain to associate food with weight gain... ugh
@Sommershungry YES omg that was my other issue of like atypical. i agree though that weight is unfortunately still important and there's not much we can do regarding it. i can only hope that therapists that go into becoming ed therapists are instructed on how to talk with patients.
@Sommershungry i have an issue with it being based on (outdated) bmi, however. i also think EDs as a whole could use reclassification, because it still focuses only on whether someone is uw rather how much damage is done on their body, at least in the US.
