@nick_underhill Haven been in the modern data analytics space for over a decade, I can tell you there is a *very* wide spectrum of talent in how data is sourced and used across many verticals. Hiring the proper talent is key to innovation, as modern analytics is not simply turnkey.

@john_siglerr Our talent acquisition department is partly to blame for this. The analytics role seem to be shared between the Saints & Pels, and our own men echoed that the Pels analytics department needs a lot of work.

Denver, SF, etc all has a massive hiring pool for these kind of roles.
