Oh the plot thickens. Excuse me for not knowing that @Verizon tech support is actually @Asurion. So the issue is I can tweet even if I can’t text. @TMobile acquired my account from #sprint. All I want is a working phone. Is that too much to ask?

At this point I have concluded that @Verizon employees are not honest but polite and “understanding”. Multiple specialists promised tickets & engineers etc…nothing was put in the system. No annotations that I begged for a supervisor. I’m over this fraudulent mess.
