It helps too that these great images come from the finger-click of a button, executed by humans, specifically Commander Reid Wiseman (best photographer so far in mission?)

@mattvanswol @NASA @jeremypmurphy I should also add more importantly, despite it occurring roughly below the meridian line, it's below the Equator, which is what specifically distinguishes Aurora Borealis and Aurora Australis - Australis being South hemisphere l, and Borealis being northern respectively.

@mattvanswol @NASA @jeremypmurphy Even Nasa called it Aurora Borealis, but considering this is below the meridian line, and is within the southern hemisphere, isn't this technically Aurora Australis? I'm likely misinterpreting.
