My experience with @VFSGlobal refund process

On 11 August, my two payments were deducted successfully, but I never received a confirmed appointment slot. Since then, I have been trying to get my money refunded.
It's now almost 2 months later, and the issue remains unresolved

[Monu Daksh @monu__daksh]

@VFSGlobal After almost 2 months, multiple follow-ups, repeated document submissions, and numerous ticket exchanges, I am still waiting for a resolution.
@VFSGlobal @vfsglobalcare Please stop the endless loop of generic responses and provide a concrete update on my refund request.

[Monu Daksh @monu__daksh]

@VFSGlobal As a customer, I am simply asking for: ✅ A clear explanation of what is still under review
✅ A realistic timeline for resolution
✅ The refund for a payment deducted nearly 2 months ago without a confirmed appointment slot

[Monu Daksh @monu__daksh]

@VFSGlobal To make matters worse, multiple ticket numbers were created for the same issue.
Rather than resolving the problem, I am being told that some tickets are being closed and that communication will continue under another ticket.
Meanwhile, the actual refund remains pending.

[Monu Daksh @monu__daksh]

@VFSGlobal Despite providing all the required details, I have still not received my refund.
Instead, I keep receiving responses stating that the case is "under review" and has been "escalated to the dedicated team".

[Monu Daksh @monu__daksh]

@VFSGlobal I was asked to provide documents and information regarding my payments. I promptly submitted everything that was requested.
Over the following weeks, I was asked for information multiple times and continued to cooperate fully.

@vfsglobalcare Hello @vfsglobalcare ,

I have shared all them information you need to investigate.

Check and let me know when I can expect my refund?

[BJP Mars @BJPMars]

@monu__daksh @VFSGlobal Bro, leave it...

They will not refund 😒

Its completely monopoly ... no one can do anything against them.
