@Mandy_MooMoos @chronomentary Don’t expect a reply, I’m still waiting from the 16th May! I’ve since been away, back for 7 days now and still no reply. Shocking and a total lack of customer service :(
@chronomentary could you reply to email sent on 16 May, 17 May and several after these dates before taking on more business? Please organise my refund for unused tests due to your lack of response. (I’m a TUI customer who travelled on 22 May and been home a week…. Still no reply from you!!)
@dansa1978 @Ianpb1987 @chronomentary Hiya, my flight departs at 2pm Saturday and i received my tests at 1.30pm today :) However you need to register them online using a barcode number under the QR code BUT none of mine have a QR or barcode!
@OliverD1999 @sarahholstead @SimonCalder Thats madness isn't it, setting up an email for a 3 year old! I had presumed it would allow me to add a passenger name/passport number at some stage down the line so now have 2 kits registered in my name which won't get us on the flight :( ..... enjoy your holiday!
@chronomentary @tomallex@Spinglespot when before departure will they arrive? I ordered mine 7 days ago and fly on Saturday ..... can you assure me they will arrive or do I need to book more elsewhere? Thanks (also how do I register my children's tests on my account under their own names?)
@TUIUK@Emily_Asbridge All Chronomics phone numbers go to message and no one calls back. Still waiting for a reply to an email sent on Sunday and Monday and Tui cant help and keep referring me to Chronomics. Flying in 3 days, booked tests 7 days ago and haven't got what I need! Shambles and stressful!
