@dhlexpressuk tried submitting via the app but no one has gotten back to me, parcel was due the 9th, said unable to access address? so sent back out on the 10th and nothing! App not updated so can't track parcel!?
Hey @EE Can you just cancel my internet contract, as clearly you cant sort my issue out! spent 3 days via DM's to be told i need to be sent to a lvl 2 tech support who would call in 24-48hrs (no Call btw) so called you to be told will call back in 20mins, its been 40 mins now!
@EE any chance of getting Internet working again, it went out last night and still not on this morning, Web saying problem fixed but here I am standing in a middle of a field tweeting you guys to try fix an issue that's seems to be a monthly accurance.
