@Girlguiding Sent to volunteersupport@, brandingmatters@ and InclusionSpecialistNetwork@. I did have a reply from Inclusion specialists to say they felt the staff team were better placed to reply. Volunteer support told me they had replied on 3rd April, but clearly not as a reply to my 1/2
