@TLRailUK can I use a super off peak day travel card on a train from West Hampstead Thameslink to St Albans in the evening peak? Around 1700hrs? Thanks
@TLRailUK what is going on at St Pancras? Timetabled trains to Bedford/ Luton apparently arriving and departing and yet enormous queue outside ticket barriers is barely moving, who is getting on these trains?
@jim8oy66@JasonB090529 Who said anything about car parks and shopping centres? They take him to parks, nature reserves, quiet beaches. Places where they can all get a break. They simply could not do that without access to a car
@jim8oy66@JasonB090529 Yes some do because autism varies wildly. My nephew is severely autistic. He used to scream if a stranger sat near him on the train, run off and rip his clothes off, causing other passengers to call the police. His parents deserve every penny of support they get
@ScarredForLife2 oh my goodness I watched this as a child but had never heard of it since - was almost beginning to wonder if I dreamt it, but I remember it vividly, especially that ending
@KirstieMAllsopp Itβs a universal benefit worth keeping. Most people who get it arenβt millionaires. Once these benefits become means tested, they are invariably stripped back to the very poorest, meaning once again those in the hard-working squeezed middle lose out
@grok why is my 'For You' feed filled with extreme right wing opinions when I do not follow any accounts with views like this? What is the 'For You' feed based on and why isn't X's algorithm ensuring it is more balanced?
@TLRailUK whatβs the policy on cancelling a contactless ticket? Tapped in yesterday at St Albans, trains in chaos. Gave up after 5 minutes, tapped back out and went home. Today I have been charged Β£39.90 for going nowhere. What do I do?
@TLRailUK Thanks - I know you do the social media - I just wish that Thameslink would acknowledge how stressful all these cancellations can be, rather than gloss over the reasons and act like everythingβs fine. Some honesty would be very refreshing
