@thepfcclub@MensFitnessX Hi, can someone recommend a good heavy duty treadmill for home use. Something that’s similar to the quality and endurance of Life Fitness. I have got quotes from life fitness too but their lead times are long.
"Made in India: A Titan Story" is a phenomenal watch for everyone. It’s far more than just a well-directed and well-acted series. It’s an incredible show that presents resilience and building something the market thought was impossible. The show captures the essence of how a team looked at challenges, faced skepticism, and still managed to engineer a breakthrough that redefined an industry. This series also hits a deeply personal chord. Titan is a pure emotion that carries a deep sense of nostalgia. A Titan was the first watch I wore as a kid, a milestone gift woven into our memories. Decades later, even in a world full of digital screens, I still prefer the timeless feel of a Titan on my wrist with pride. @titanwatches@MXPlayer@TataCompanies
The story doesn't end with expired goods being delivered. Blinkit is like the judiciary system; passing through their AI-enabled customer care is like getting a date for your case, and after that, you are expected to prove your innocence as Blinkit considers you guilty at the beginning of the trial itself.
I have realized over the years that it’s not how we assess people; it’s about how much we celebrate their small wins. Let’s be honest: nobody ever did their best work because they fell in love with a performance review template. They do it because they feel seen, and respected.
Hierarchy is fine for org charts, but it’s a pretty old-school way to actually build a business. At the end of the day, people don't just show up for a title , they give their best when they know they are a genuinely important part of the team.
I don't know if it's just me, or if there are a lot of people who feel this way. I don't expect people to put in endless hours; I prefer quality work any day. I also don't expect people to show their face every day, work from home is perfectly fine. I want them to have a quality life outside of work. Yet, I’m not sure why many of the folks still struggle to deliver on one basic expectation: commitment. I need to be able to trust that they will do what is expected. Somehow, it feels like there's a sense of #entitlement now; unless it's instant gratification, the needle doesn't move. It’s a constant seek for validation rather than trying to be relevant. I'm not sure where this gap is coming from, and I honestly don't think it's a #genZ/ #millennial issue
I have been traveling for many years, but the last few months have been different as I had the chance to stay in places a bit longer. Every country is unique; no one place is better than another, just different. That said, #Japan is the place I would pick to learn the most from. It isn’t just about the cool tech or the incredibly seamless transport; it’s the little things: their amazing attention to detail, how easy it is to get around even if you don't speak the language, and that deep sense of commitment they have to make sure everything runs exactly as it should.
We have become obsessed with the optics of what we call success and moving at a pace that looks good on a dashboard. But in that rush, we are losing depth and empathy. We can’t let the drive for all this cloud the basic human values that should anchor every decision we make. Let’s prioritize substance over signals.
@dalbati_churmaa@r_sainiin Do Hyderabad if you can. Nagpur to Hyderabad is a very good road, and you may find merit in staying in Hyderabad. Try Kokapet, Financial District, or Kollur to stay in Hyderabad. It's on the Outer Ring Road, so starting the next day will be a breeze.
@r_sainiin@dalbati_churmaa For us, the route is D1 - Karnal to Sagar, D2 - Sagar to Nagpur, and D3 - Nagpur to Bangalore. We stay in South Bangalore, so Bangalore alone is 2 hours.
@dalbati_churmaa@r_sainiin Also near in mind that there are not many good places to freshen up and have food on the way especially after Gwalior until Nagpur. So keep searching for Jio BP petrol pumps, they are generally clean and can give you good breaks.
Stay first day in sagar and second day in nagpur
@volklub Hycross is a horrible comparison to make for these two beauties, but where it won for us is purely on the roof height, decent third row and lack of transmission tunnel bump.
@volklub While the boot is amazing, for us the deal breaker was the cramped third row and roof height even for the second row. While many do not agree, the ACs on the Kodiaq and Tayron are not effective in 40+ temp. The absence of vents also on the 3rd row is also a disappointment.
