5-Amino-1MQ (Not technically a peptide, but in my experience, it deserves a spot here.)

B-Tier (Good):
CJC (no DAC) / IPA - Amazing for improving sleep, though it caused a bit too much water retention (edema) for me.
MOTS-c - Caused annoying lumps (welts) after using it for a while, so I had to stop.
SS-31 - Slight improvement in vision.

C-Tier (Average):
Semax (nasal spray)
Selank (nasal spray)
Pinealon (works great for some, but I barely noticed any change.)
NAD - 5-Amino works better by comparison; I prefer using its precursors rather than NAD directly.
