@googlenesthelp hi, got a new phone and can’t log into my account. I’ve done a password reset and it just doesn’t send the details to my email like it says it will….absolutely nowhere I can find instructions on what to do next 🤷‍♂️

@HiveHelper apparently no-one available to speak to. Got no lights on my hive hub and therefore no heating (thermostat can be controlled by the main unit but doesn’t turn rad valves on so no heating). How does one get a new hub? It’s maybe 2 months old and been shite since day 1.
