@ICT_Police Highly due to poor road design and traffic control. However, human errors are less likely involved here. Multi-lane road infrastructure requires proper signaling for conflict avoidance, which looks inactive at this multidirectional intersection..

But why on main roads? Does the bike lane installation really go through the planning phase and assessment? It simply doesn't make sense to prioritize >50kmh roads for such projects relative to more urban roads, where biking is safe and has a significant mix of bicyclists.
