@VirginAtlantic This mother would like to use her travel credit or rebooked on new flights for the same price. You are allowing @HopperSupport @HopperSupport to sell your flights but they don’t answer messages and they have no phone! Why can’t you just rebook me?!😡

Hey @hopper and @HopperSupport how many messages it going to take to give me money back for cancelled travel during the pandemic? No phone number, comments disabled on Instagram, and never return any customer support messages! Pretty shady business

@hanXOXObanana @hopper @HopperSupport has been awful! I’m out so much money and they disabled phone numbers! They don’t reply at all to messages. Awful awful awful! Spread the word.
