@InsidePMI Hello PMI, sadly after today I will no longer be a customer. You messed around with my IQOS Club, did nothing to help so a 6 year relationship has now ended. I will use a competitor, don’t treat customers badly or be prepared too lose them.
@Deliveroo why when things go wrong and photographic evidence given, you want to ignore facts. When challenged you bury your heads in the sand. Piss poor customer service, you don’t deserve custom. Without us, the public, you wouldn’t have a business.
@UberEats so you allow food to be delivered cold, then when you get a complaint you say you can’t do anything. I can’t get my money back but I had to throw my food away as you couldn’t complete the contact. So that’s theft.

@ScottBentonMP Boris bought 2 of them years ago. They were stored in Gravesend until they were scrapped. Apparently the jets of water were so powerful it was a “health and safety” issue as to why they couldn’t be used. 🤦🏻♂️

@virginmedia why is it ok for you to not inform customers that prices are increasing, then steal an additional £15 a month off me. I’m on the phone to customer services who are not helpful, all they want to do is sign me up to another 18 month contract that’s cheaper.
@virginmedia My contract expires in feb 2024. Apparently prices increased on the 1st of April but by £15 a month, that’s bang out of order. Anyway, I’ve made a complaint as he put the phone down. Ive not received any customer service today. I was put in a corner, pay the money or new contract
@virginmedia He isn’t helping me, just saying I pay it or sign a new 18m contract. We are currently sitting on the phone in silence. I’ve been on the phone to virgin for nearly 2.5h today, I will be sending my invoice. I received no communication about any price increase!
@virginmedia I’m still on the phone to Raymond who is just wanting to argue with me. I’ve not received any communication from Virgin Media my bill is going up, neither have I had the option to cancel my contract. All I’ve been told is pay what I’m paying, or sign a new 18m contract.
@Deliveroo why is it so bloody difficult to get what I ordered. When I don’t, you can’t refund me, neither can I get my food. This is why I don’t use @JustEatUK it’s just profits before customers.
