I’m starting to see so many “paid” shills and content produced for projects in Web3, and there is no disclosure notice that it was a purchased production of content.

Web3 is a horribly manipulated space.

So many “content creators” who have sold out and say exactly what you want if you pay them and it’s never disclosed.

It’s dishonest and to every project doing it, it speaks to their integrity as well and defines the type of founders, team, marketers and manipulators they are.

It’s not hard to say “this is promoted content”

But even if they now started doing it, I question if it’s even an honest review, honest “deep dive” as so many of them call it, or even an honest opinion.

This is why web 3 is seen as a joke and Ponzi scheme scam central manipulated pit of scum.

There is maybe 5% integrity in the space and 95% scam people at all costs.

1. You answer to God at the end of the day for what you do to people.
2. You will always sleep looking over your shoulder wondering when it’s all going to catch up with you.

And that’s no way to live.

I hope people can be more honest and consider their actions towards others and how they impact people.

Every founder obsesses over "building community"

But forgets the first community they lead:

Their team.

If the 8 people who see you stressed at 11pm don't believe you'll figure it out, why would 8000 strangers invest in your vision?

I've watched projects with perfect timing and deep pockets implode because the group chat went silent.

And I've seen mediocre ideas survive multiple bad events because five people refused to let each other quit.

Community is not about Discord head count.

It's whether your team texts you about the product on Sunday.

Whether they defend the vision in rooms you're not in. Whether they know why this has to exist - not just what it does.

If you have people like that, the strategy can be wrong, the market can turn, the competitors can have more funding.

You'll adapt.

Because belief is the only non-negotiable resource.
