Shocking customer service from @currys. Purchased a TV 22nd of April. Damaged tv arrived in the 23rd. Picked up by the courier and returned on the 24th. Still waiting for a replacement. Have bot had any contact attempt from @currys unless I message them. No refund or replacement

@currys customer service I’m currently receiving is shocking. Damaged TV delivered nearly 4 weeks ago. Was collected the day after and a replacement was ordered and I was informed would be received within 7-14 days. Every time I chase an update constantly being told 24-48 hrs.
