Logged a complaint with @premierinn on 11th September following a stay in Bexleyheath, still had absolutely no response - except to be told via DM on here that it’s being dealt with. I’m not sure how this is acceptable considering I should have had a response by 21.09.23!

@MartinDaubney @TheRAC_UK The RAC left a vulnerable mum and ten month baby overnight and didn’t collect them for 16 hours at the weekend. No food, water or nappies. Absolutely disgusting service from them.
