@MrPitbull07 The hospital is in the wrong. The nurse was correct in not endangering patients by working while exhausted and possibly give the wrong medications or dosages.

@MrPitbull07 Your time off is YOUR TIME OFF. You are not required to work during your time off. Being disciplined for not working during your time off is definitely actionable in civil court. There may also be an appeals process within the company.
@rushicrypto In my state if you are in your car you are in an "Occupied Dwelling" making it perfectly legal to do this. Somebody had sued the state and won a metric fuk-ton of money so they created this law to fix the problem.
