@HarmitMalik@WallaceUcsf@elizostrow It only worked because the genomic DNA was sheared into smaller fragments by their prep. If it had remained intact, as they presumably intended, they would not have gotten the clean separation of HH, HL and LL and would have made a very different conclusion.
