BNB just completed its 33rd quarterly burn, removing 1.44 million BNB from circulation worth nearly $1.7 billion. That’s the biggest burn in Binance’s history.

It’s part of BNB’s deflationary design. Every quarter, Binance permanently destroys part of the supply, based on trading volumes and network activity.

The goal= Reduce total supply from 200 million to 100 million BNB.

So far, over 62 million BNB (about 31% of the total supply) has already been burned. That’s massive.

After this burn, BNB’s price jumped above $1,160, flipping XRP and taking back the #4 spot on the global crypto market cap list.

If this pace continues, BNB could challenge Solana’s position next.
Here’s why:

Its ecosystem is expanding fast. BNB Chain TVL is up 12% this week.

A new $1B Builder Fund is bringing fresh projects in AI, DeFi & RWAs.
