@hi_its_annaleah neurotypicals will call autistics confusing and then look at you like you’re crazy for not knowing unspoken social rule number 71 of not meaning what you say
@AmberRayOfGrain@flcwergiorno@PrinsUni yes that was my point; it’s the step u need if u r clinically ill and it was diff than what ppl r saying about just going outside and choosing to be happy one day
@zCozmozZz@tod83938 i get psychotic symptoms regardless (i do have some times without them) but when i have an episode of mdd it makes them a lot worse and more distressing
@merriBearr oh my gosh that is so real i’ve had people grimace at me for things i thought were totally normal LOL , i hope u get some relief from the fatigue and also wishing u a supportive environment aswell u r so kind 🥹🥹
@PrinsUni@flcwergiorno yeah there are realistically going to be ups and downs. the point there is to have some better times, w/ episodes that do happen being more bearable. [in that case specifically] its be severely depressed all the time, or be manageably depressed some of the time
@meowingflesh yes like everyone is different and there’s been zero clarification of if we are talking about depression as a subclinical thing or clinical depression like mdd or pdd and also what severity 😭
@flcwergiorno@PrinsUni well u were also given meds + therapy.. think the original point is that depressed people should js choose to not be depressed which is the whole reason myself/others think those who r saying they woke up one day and decided not to be depressed were never depressed to begin with
