$BAER Some good news today at least, Bridger's new King Air w/ exciting new capabilities is ferrying for possible deployment.

Can't confirm deployment yet, but this is the furthest flight the aircraft has taken this year — so the chances are high.

There are two King Airs Bridger brought on this year, I look forward to seeing the other one ship out soon hopefully as well.

Remember $SHMD likely customer from their March order is SpaceX for 700mmx700mm substrates.

Also $INTC is the leader in the emerging glass cores market AND partnered with SpaceX / $TSLA on the Terafab project, so as Intel implements 14A (glass cores is the standard), Schmid $SHMD stands to benefit immensely.

$SHMD manufactures the high-speed acidic etching systems used to create millions of precise Through-Glass Vias (TGVs) with 8x the productivity of traditional methods. This technology provides the high-density interconnects and structural uniformity required for the glass-core architectures in Intel 14A and the SpaceX-Tesla Terafab silicon needed for humanoid robotics and space applications.

$SHMD also is now a confirmed partner (Linkedin alpha from PennyCheck and others) with TrumpF on this technology, a $5B revenue leader. It's highly likely that $SHMD has a foothold with Intel, Tesla, and SpaceX as they power next generation chip technology via their InfinityLine solutions.

SCHMID's May 18 investor call surfaced the load-bearing number — 60% of trailing-12-month order intake is now AI infrastructure or optical-module related, with management guiding the mix to 70% by year-end 2026. Q1 2026 revenue €18.2M, order intake €13.6M, backlog €49M. FY26 guidance reaffirmed: revenue >€100M, adj EBITDA margin "significantly above 12%", order intake ~€114M. Balance sheet de-risked — €31M debt paydown plus $30M Standby Equity Purchase Agreement signed last week as a flexible backstop.

Mechanism: SCHMID is the only NASDAQ-listed pure-play exposed to panel-level packaging wet-process equipment — the InfinityLine H+/V+/C+/P+/L+ portfolio plus the new "Any Layer ET" damascene flow.
