@nfldraftscout I have a scoop of relyte electrolytes powder with 5g creatine. I drink this before hitting the treadmill at 5am. Gives me a nice little boost to wake up and get going. I delay my coffee until after the treadmill. Found this to be very effective when sluggish in the am

@HalMSandsIV Fair enough! I love Alfredo sauce and when I eat it have no off switch, so trying to bring the calorie count down a touch when I make it. lol. Plus my kids are 12 and 14 so it’s much easier to have time dabbling in the kitchen. 😉
@HalMSandsIV This looks awesome. Did you use cottage cheese as your base for the sauce? Been dabbling a bit with cream slices by using cottage cheese to up the protein but haven’t found the right mix yet.

@FamManFitness Ha ha! More excellent tips. One of my biggest challenges is that now I’m at my current target weight and overall pretty happy with my results the past six months. So it becomes very easy to talk myself into starting to snack which leads to excessive snacking
@FamManFitness The timing on this post was perfect for me. I find myself at dinner time mindlessly raising after I finish dinner. Generally on useless carbs and once I start, I do not stop. I’m going to use these tips in an attempt to help the mindless eating.
