This was a response to seeing an AI thumbnail that was ghastly. This was on a channel I've watched before and I know of A/B testing, so I thought the thumbnail might be good. Turns out it's even worse.

Dear @YouTube and all YouTubers, AI thumbnails will always look like garbage and using them will make people think the video is also garbage. An AI thumbnail on a channel I've never watched before is an automatic 'do not recommend channel' from me.

I want to love @hobbii_yarn but they're defending they're use of AI in images and it's horrible. I've also seen stuff about their yarn not being as good as it used to be. Turns out a private equity company owns a majority so it all tracks. Hobbii will be gone in a few years.
