i take pride in your courage.
it ain’t easy.
Deep inner suffering inevitably arises when the human person is reduced to performance, consumption, or a statistical datum. Many young people today live under the yoke of expectations to perform, immersed in an exasperated competitiveness that generates anxiety, fear of not measuring up, and disorientation.
Artificial intelligences do not undergo experiences, do not possess a body, do not feel joy or pain, do not mature through relationships, and do not know from within what love, work, friendship or responsibility mean. Nor do they have a moral conscience, since they do not judge good and evil, grasp the ultimate meaning of situations, or bear responsibility for consequences. They may imitate or even simulate, but they do not understand what they produce, for they lack the affective, relational, and spiritual perspective through which human beings grow in wisdom. #MagnificaHumanitas
“the reality is ticket resale is legal” IT SHOULDNT BE A PROFITABLE MARKET. music SHOULD be accessible
Your STANDARD should be having Face Value Exchange on and not making artists request for it.
Additionally, if you do end up *having* to buy a resale ticket, WAIT.
The closer we get to the event, the more resellers will sweat. Prices will go down.
You are only “justifying” the high prices to resellers by purchasing a ticket at these prices, and they’ll take longer to go down for other fans who can’t/wont fork up $600 for a ticket that was no more than $200.
it should genuinely be illegal to buy event tickets for the sole purpose of profit. event tickets should not be a way of making money. money for tickets should go to artists and venues. i wish venues sold their own tickets instead of ticketmaster being an unnecessary 3rd party.
i have the money to buy a resale ticket but im not going to enable predatory “business” methods taken by these useless trashbag scum “people” these scammers think they are. hold your ground. dont give in to fomo. dont give resellers a dime or go into credit card debt for 1 night

Thousands of fans were unable to get tickets for the Ohio Stadium show while resale tickets appeared almost instantly at massively inflated prices on Ticketmaster itself.
Many fans spent hours in queues, dealt with errors, disappearing seats and had no real chance once general sale started.
@Ticketmaster, fans deserve transparency. How were so many tickets already unavailable before public sale? What measures were taken against bots and scalpers?
This should have been a moment for real fans, not resellers.
theres three easy ways of solving this that TM doesnt want to do:
limiting seats to max 6 tickets per person
limiting accounts for certain IP addresses
not allowing ticket resale for above face value
if they cared about making things fair and affordable, theyd do this
love garbage bc sometimes there rly is a point of healing where u are just so angry. at everyone. constantly lashing out bc you are just so sick of everything. and tyler just talks abt it in such a gentle way tht makes it feel less evil and more like part of the process.+
for everyone who feels like they lost the war, r/toptickets only allows tickets that are priced at face value+TM fees (nowhere above $300 for this show) so pls keep an eye out there if you didn't get the tickets you wanted!!
