@TJSmithEsquire I did a secondment at a client and it was mandatory to back into parking spots. Had to watch a vido on it before being allowed in the building the first time. Apparently they had data that it's safer to back in than back out.

The challenge is that not enough legal work is highly repetitive such that it can be automated. Everyone wants to skip to the tech solution, but making legal work repetitive (vis open standards) is the first step here.

1/ 2 Look for Garden Suites sprouting soon in Toronto’s Neighbourhoods. Today, the Ontario Land Tribunal decided in favour of the City of Toronto & dismissed the Garden Suites appeal on the grounds that it did not have the jurisdiction to hear the appeal.
