My greatest wish for academic research is that everyone who cites Braun and Clarke (2006) actually reads the scholarship of @ginnybraun and @drvicclarke. Thematic analysis is a flexible method, but you can't just say you "did thematic analysis" and then write whatever you want.

Currently doing a postdoc at the same place I got my PhD. The expectation that you’re always willing and able to uproot and move across countries for the next short-lived opportunity is absolute bullshit.
