There's no successful country that is governing by "Ubuntu", you can't solve poverty by importing more poverty, over 65% of South Africans live under the poverty line and we have the highest unemployment rate in the world, living in the most unequal society in the whole world, we are just another third-world country, we can't import more people from third-world countries.
